The Assertive Technique of Online Group Counseling on Student Academic Resilience

Academic resilience, namely the ability of students to achieve academic success, even in situations that pressure and prevent them from achieving success. The reality on ground shows after implementing online learning, level student resilience tends be low, so overcome these problems, need special guidance counselors. This study aims provide an overview changes behavior attending Onelin lectures group counseling using assertive techniques. research belongs type quantitative class action methods. subjects involved this were six who experienced decreased during lecture process. Data collection was carried out observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire data obtained then analyzed percentage analysis results showed there increase students' pre-test post-test scores cycle. show 33% have high completing eight semesters lectures, 50% moderate can complete education 9 semesters, 17% low resilience. These that, general, application training techniques significantly restore students, which is shown by attitude surviving struggling survive various interfere with achievement learning outcomes.
